Norman received his Bachelor of Science for Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1954 and then attended at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and obtained his law degree in 1966. He was called to the Bar of Manitoba in 1968 and practised with the firm Walsh and Company. He later opened his own practice, Norman S. Gould and Associates and then practised with the law firm of Gould Goszer.
Norman is married and has three adult children and six grandchildren.
Norman is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba and the Manitoba Bar Association. His preferred areas of practice include custody, separation, divorce, marital property and accounting.
