Areas of Practice

Brian has been a partner at Booth Dennehy LLP since 1992.
Brian practices mainly in the areas of Aboriginal Law, general Corporate and Commercial Law, Wills and Estates and Real Estate.

Brian provides general legal advice to a number of Manitoba First Nations and from time to time has provided advice to the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, MKO and the Swampy Cree Tribal Council on various matters. Brian also provides legal advice to Banks with respect to on-reserve lending. As well, Brian also provides general legal advice to a number of small and medium sized Manitoba Corporations and maintains an active Wills and Estates and Real Estate practice.

Professional and Community Involvement

Brian is a long standing member of the Law Society of Manitoba Legal Fees Arbitration Committee and has arbitrated and continues to arbitrate fee dispute cases on a regular basis.
Brian is a former member of the River Heights Child Care Centre Inc. Board of Directors and a long standing member of the River Heights Community Club where he has coached both soccer and hockey for both boys and girls over the years.
